Good, I would like to add a notice In Store Like the one of the site library “Target”, which puts “Free Returns And Free Shipping”, Could You Tell Me The Css?, Thanks

Hi there,
no CSS required.
1. Customizer > Widgets > Top Bar and add a Custom HTML widget and enter your text or link.
2. Customizer > Layout > Top Bar – set the alignment.You’ll also find Typography and Color controls in the customizer for the top bar.
Make sure you have enabled the different modules in Appearance > GeneratePress if you cannot see any of the options.
