Hello,
I’m looking to add a Post in a page.
The problem that once the layout is added is no longer respected. For example the Slider becomes a series of photos, the spacing and text changes… etc.
Do you have any advice?
I use Generepress 1.7.7 premium and Elementer 2 and the WP Show Posts plugin.
Sincerely.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Not quite sure if I understand.
All of the content I can see if currently coming from Elementor so GP doesn’t actually have any control for that.
Let me know if I’m missing something π

Sorry, I’m not very clear…
The idea was to create a simple page composed of several sectors/blocks in which to insert a Shortcode to link to posts of different categories.
The page would still be the same but the contents of each block would be updated each time a new post of the category concerned is posted.
I did some test before and seems to work inside the Elementor Editor but when i save the page the shape and few elements are lost
( and even less clear now π )

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperNot too sure what I’m looking at there. I see a carousel, and then a series of images inside
<figure>
elements. The HTML is different for each area as well. What’s it supposed to look like?

the carousel post and the series of images post normally have the same layout. first made as page on elementor editor, second made as post on elementor, and added as test in the page with the plugin (here you can see the post layout

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperSo the series of images stacked on top of each other should be a carousel?
Have you checked with Elementor support on this? I can’t think of anything obvious that would do that.
