A Menu showing in Footer without adding

Dear Team,
I am getting this menu in Footer many times,, even I didn't added it to Footer.
Sometimes it appears sometime does not
I tried many things but didn't find any soultion

that is the GP Off Canvas Panel. It is being displayed because one or more of the WP Rocket settings you have applied is breaking the CSS. Most commonly its the Optimised CSS Delivery ( AKA Critical CSS ) or Unused CSS options that can cause that

So what is your suggestion
You need to either:
a) eliminate which WP Rocket setting is causing the problem
or
b) ask WP Rocket support as they really should deal with the issue their plugin is creating
