Hi GP Support

Got a strange one where I'm using the elements block feature to create a custom 404 page. Everything seems to be set up correctly and the same approach is working fine with another site I've built.

I've applied the display rules for the block content template to only the 404 template and I've also set up a layout element to make sure the page is full width and without sidebars for the 404 page. If I trigger the error page I can also see in the Elements tab in the Wordpress top bar that the content template is active, but the content area is always empty.

Are you aware of any issues currently or do you have any thoughts as to why this isn't working?

Thanks

Hi there,

edit the content template, select the parent Container Block and unset the Remove container condition which is currently set to No Featured Image

Hi David

Just udpated and that works fine now, thank you. Sorry, not sure why I selected that option so I must of misunderstood what that setting was for initially!

Glad to be of help!
