403 Forbidden. GP Premium

Hi,

I get the following error "403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key." when I try to activate the premium module on my website.

But the website is added to my panel on generatpress.com

Hi there,

are you using Cloud Flare on any server side caching ? If so can you temporarily disable them and see if it works.
If not can you check with your host that your server can reach generatepress.com

Hi, thanks for your anwser.

I'm not using cloudflare, my website is hosted with Gandi, I'm not sure I can check if they can reach generatepress.com

If you can ask the host if they can reach our servers and whilst your there ask for the server IP address and we can check if it been blocked.
