400 Error when trying to load from Site Library

It gives me a 400 error every time I try to load Merch from the site library. What do I need to do in order to get the template to load?
I had Wordpress Live Chat helping me - we cleared everything from the site, uploaded the theme again and still had the same issue.

This is usually a server related error. Who are you hosted with?
Can you check your error_log file on the server to check for any recent errors?
