Hi, I got an 400 bad request. I can not import any templates. Site library....
as instructed my log file are available.
All necessary plugins are already installed. The second import step is not finishing. It ends up in a 400 bad request.
Things like pages, menus, widgets and plugins.
The following plugins are already installed.
Please assist.
Hi there,
When you try the import and the 400 error happens, can you right-click the page and click "Inspect", then check the "Console" tab? Are there any red errors you can share?
No, no red errors in that console.
Strange, but the actual importer is saying there's a 400 error?
Can you check for recent errors in your error_log file?
this is my log file after running into the GP 400

I hope this will help.
Strange, I'm not seeing anything 400 related.
Can you make sure all of your other non-GP Premium plugins are deactivated during the import? Especially any caching plugins.
I tried to stop Cloudflare from caching. Didn't see a difference.
When I tested on my staging environment I was able to import. I don't know what plugin or setting was causing it. But I was able to import the site.
Well, that means it's not the server, which is good.
There must be a difference between production and staging in that case. Cloudflare does have a development mode which disables caching.
