3 Dispatch Issue

I have installed the layout of Dispatch.
1- But the grid header coming on the top is not optimized. (linked in private info)
2- Also I want images to show full width within the content (posts) The image has padding around them and I want all images on the mobile screen to cover up the whole page responsively of course.
3- I have set up google auto ads and I want to add (Advertisement) at the top and (Continue reading below) at the bottom.
Please help. You guys are great.
