2nd page of blog page

Hello -
I would like to have a separate blog page.
My current default blog page is: https://susanmarksphotography.com/blog/ based on categories & tags

I setup a new page using WP Show Posts: https://susanmarksphotography.com/skipandsusan/
But it shows all the posts from my default blog. I would like to have posts show here that are separate from the default blog.

Is there a way on my new https://susanmarksphotography.com/skipandsusan/ to show only posts by tag (or category)? I saw that I could include/exclude by ID in WP Show Post, but I wondered if there was a method to do this by tag or category?

Also, I would like all posts (including tagged posts that would be on https://susanmarksphotography.com/skipandsusan/) to show on my default blog page: https://susanmarksphotography.com/skipandsusan/, in archive, etc.

Is this possible? Thank you in advance!

P.S. In WP Show Posts, under Post Type = Post, Taxonomy = Category, Terms I do not see my category skipandsusan
Or if I change to tag, I do not see the tag skipandsusan.
