1.7 show Site Library! updated to 1.8, do not show Site Library!

There is no Site Library on that list, or the one on my site. Not the original poster. Same issue though. Site Library has mysteriously disappeared.

I figured it out. It was a fresh install on a server with old PHP version, updated to 5.6, and updated Wordpress to 5.2, and the Site Library re-appeared.
