blog post carousel

I’m trying to figure out how to add a blog post carousel right beneath my header, like this website: http://www.laurafadora.com Do you have any recommended plugins where I’d be able to do that? I have Elementor Pro, but it doesn’t have anything (that I know of) for building a clean blog post carousel.
