Thanks for your reply. Was thinking to difficult. Made the menu 100px high and made the background menu image also 100px high with the red background 60px high and 20px transparant on top and bottom. But the simplest way is ofcourse; the background image 60px heigh and the menu also 60px and make the logo bigger 🙂
Ok, but I don’t want the whole sidebar to display, so the solutions from Leo worked for me.
But thanks for your solution and maybe for future projects it will be helpfull 🙂
Hi Pete, yeah I know. Tried some, but the still showed the search and archive page, unless I stated them to be not visible…
Thanks this is great. Is used the solution with the function, because with css the space of the sidebar is still there, but I wan’t it to be over the whole width of the content.
As always, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Still the same and the white background and pink border is now big around the menu item… See the site
No, I want the same button colors as hover. So when the menubutton is active I want the background color white, the border and the letters pink.
Doh! Is live now!
Ah great! Thnx Leo! Had to use the ul. before the class text I see.
That’s strange. When not logged in the footer widget 2 dissapears. Also there’s a huge gap below the footer. I made for the left widget 2 html “pages” and gave them a class to disable one on the mobile to align it better.
Ah find it already, I forgot a bracket } in the css. Now you can see the lightweight icons!
New website which I’m really proud of:
Made a lot of websites now with GPP. For making columns, normally I use Shortcode Ultimate. Didn’t want to use pagebuilders, but because of this site there was al lot of shortcodes in the pages/sections. For my customer to much code to understand, so I rebuild it using Elementor and I must say, what a great pagebuilder plugin! Easy to use and it’s makes me and my customers life a lot easier!
Also including a calculating plugin. With this plugin customers can see the price of the catering packages and send a quote.
ps: this website is also for the same customer, made with GPP. This one is with Woocommerce and using the section and shortcode ultimate
Really Tom? Why I didn’t figured this out myself?? 😀
Working on to many projects I think, stick to one and then go on to the other
Ok, noticed that the timestamp on the site wasn’t correct, so I changed it yesterday (before my question) and the page was published on the correct date, but no static page option. But now it’s there, so probably a cache issue or something. (the “Settings > Reading” als didn’t show up)
So resolved again! Thnx for the fast reply!
