No, only the own widget that brings gravity to insert your form wherever you want. But I’ve done it with the shorcode and the same thing happens.December 11, 2017 at 12:58 am in reply to: The mobile menu does not appear on the new tablets #446650
Perfect Tom, now it’s perfect. Take a long time to get that version ?. I say it so as not to modify all the websites that I have with your theme if you are going to solve it soon with the new update.
As always thank you very much and congratulations for this excellent supportDecember 10, 2017 at 4:38 pm in reply to: The mobile menu does not appear on the new tablets #446477
I have activated the option you mention and now if, using the code and putting the value in 800px, it looks good on new tablets but only the main menu, the secondary menu as you can see in the screenshot does not look responsive.
The plugin is “Gravityforms”. And I have the latest version. With other themes does not give any fault, only with yours. I understand that I can try to use another one but that forces me to use two plugins for the same thing. At the moment I have removed it but I would like to have the possibility to use this plugin with your theme without this failure.December 9, 2017 at 3:30 am in reply to: The mobile menu does not appear on the new tablets #445503
I put 800px and try even more to see if it worked, but it does not do anything.
You were right. I discovered that the problem is with the form I had in the sidebar. For some reason, when you put a contact form there, sea as the sea, gives that failure. I have tried another topic and it does not give that problem. What can I do to put a contact form in the sidebar without that flaw?December 8, 2017 at 4:45 am in reply to: The mobile menu does not appear on the new tablets #444694
I have tried what you tell me and it does not work. In tablets with a result of 800px wide, it still looks like a PC desktop.
Perfect, with that update has been resolved.
I am using this plugin:
Before it worked fine but a month ago it does not work and I use your theme for almost all the projects I do. It does not happen to me alone in this web.
If I remove the plugin and I do it by putting them as you show in the menu from this page:
The same thing happens and it gives the same failure. You can try it I hope that with all these indications the problem is clear to you and you can give me a solution.
I think he did not explain me well or he did not understand me. I leave you a new video with an emulator of how a website looks on a mobile. When you are browsing from mobile and click on any option of the menu that has an icon, this icon when clicking on it, disappears or becomes another icon or something strange. That happens with both the plugin and CSS. I hope now if you understand it.
Thank you and person for my bad englishJanuary 12, 2016 at 5:31 pm in reply to: Page Header Addon Not Working On WooCommerce Pages #165439
Not in each different one, I’ll show each screen as I have and I only need to customize the category page, but will not let me.
As you can see on every page I show a different explanatory text but in “categories” (Screen2) can not.
You hope you can help me, thanks

I’ve done what you put me and not working. I’ve seen what he’s done Zoe and neither works for me. Besides all the areas I have done well. I just want it to appear in “categories”. If hook would use under all pages and just want to come out in “categories”.
I want it to look like this:
At home I have section below the menu bar with an explanatory statement and I can only that page. There is no way you can do it only on that page. For me it is necessary to leave everything the same.
