[Resolved] Translation not work in tag or category

Hello Tom,

I made a translation into Spanish of Mexico. I made it from the orginial pot. My files are es_MX.po and es_MX.mo. Everything works correctly except category title and tags, which maintains the word “Archives” (in the HTML title doc). I already translate the word Archives for Archivos and nothig…the rest of translation are ok.

Any ideas for the translation of the word “Archives”?

Is it the “Archives” word in the <title></title> area in the HTML you’re wanting to change?

If so, I think this is handled by WordPress, as GP simply adds the wp_title() function to this area.

Let me know – we’ll figure it out.

Hello Tom.

I was looking into the wordpress and I realized that the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin was modifying titles. Now everything is translated correctly.
