[Resolved] Renewal Discount After Expiry

Hi Generatepress Support,

If my GP Premium license expires will I still get the 40% discount upon renewal? If so, how long after expiry will the discount be available? (I have seen an answer on older forums but I just wanted to confirm that the answer is still relevant)

Hi Anthony,

It looks like you have a license key that is grandfathered with the renewal discount.

Thank you for your response. My question is more referring to whether my discount will still stand upon renewing my license long after it is expired. So for example, if my license expires, then 2 years later I decide to come back and renew it, will I still get the 40% discount upon renewal?

Ah sorry about the confusion on my end!

That’s correct, if you let it expire you’ll still be able to use the renewal discount when renewing that specific license key 🙂
