[Resolved] How to show categories and tags title and description befores list of post

I would like to know how I can have the title and description displayed in the Categories and Tags archive pages, and only on the first page.

I tried to do it with hooks but I can not get it since I do not know about code and I do not find documentation either.

Hi! thank you very much for your response, but I can not get it going.

By adding the code that you propose through ‘Aditional CSS’ a warning appears that says that it could break the site.

How should I add that code? Could you give more explanations besides just the code? I have no idea of programming, sorry.
