[Resolved] filter for categories regenerate

I’m using custom content shortcode extensively and it works great for my projects; However I’m facing a strange behaviour categorywise and in the proces of solving, analyzing and excluding I wonder if it could be a theme issuee;

Here’s the problem:

I have a topcategory (radgivning) with children and inside these children categories several children so the category is like:
topcategory >> subcategories <<< subsubcategories

It works however each morning at 6 oclock some of the categories break and the dataquery/presentation doesn’t work; This only applies for 3 specific categories. When I just make a small change to any category it all works again?

We’re running a cron job every morning at 6 but it just loads to a custom type

Is there a filter to regenerate / make a blind change to any category?

What’s running every morning at 6am? What is it doing?

What about the presentation breaks?

dear Tom – I have testet it this morning and it doesn’t seem to be a theme issue.

But since the behaviour was ‘strange’ and only 3 categories acted differently I had to check theme, plugins, cache etc.
