[Support request] Неактивна библиотека сайтов

Здравствуйте! После покупки и активации GP Premium не работает Site Library. Элемент активируется, но кнопки вверху по которой можно просмотреть сайты и загрузить – нет. Что делать?

Нет никаких вкладок вверху после включения.

Can you try disabling ALL other plugins temporarily apart from GP Premium

You screenshot here shows you are using GeneratePress 1.3.44 which is extremely old:

Can you try updating to the most recent version 2.4.2 first?

Я не использовал дочернюю тему, поэтому не могу обновить тему.

You don’t have to use a child theme in order to update the theme – your customizer options will be saved through updates.

Все стили, расположение блоков и т.д. будет сохранено после обновления темы? Настоящее оформление сайта не пострадает?
