Theme Update

I am receiving a ‘failed authorization’ when attempting to update my theme, although it’s authorized with licence key etc – can you please advise what the problem is? John

Unable to update to 1.3.1. I get the message: “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized” I reentered my authorization code and tried again, but got the same message. I currently have 1.3 installed. This is for https://seasonofplenty.com/

Hey buddy. I bought a license: # 40950 October 22, 2014 $ 20.00 To upgrade to GP Premium do I have to pay the 40 $? Do you give your old clients a discount for having a license previously? I am very interested in the new plugin for woocommerce. Thank you

Can not update the plugin

Hello! I cant seem to be able to update GP. I have premium and have put in the authorization key. I have been able to update it before but now it is not working anymore. I get this message; Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized What should I do? / Karin

Hi I’m having some issues updating Generate Press, I get the following message. Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized. I’ve got a license and have the green tick icon next to update so not sure why it’s saying Unauthorized. Thanks Scott
