Ah! We were using a resizing script that allowed us to choose where to crop from (with some tweaking).
However, that script was causing some bugs for people, so I figured out a way to use the built in WordPress resizer (I’m always looking to use core WP functions).
However, the core resizer doesn’t allow us to set a crop position (yet).
Of course, I’m looking into a solution for this 🙂
