Ah, we removed the on-the-fly image resizer (was causing too many weird bugs) and replaced it with the default WP image resizer. WP must have needed the dimensions to be re-saved before it worked on the page.
I’ll make some changes that will fix this, but you shouldn’t encounter anymore issues now that you’ve saved your settings 🙂
