Reply To: Don't want the sub-catergoies to show in the category

I’m using my categories in my menu bar.

So if the hierarchy is
Food
sub cat – Fruit
sub cat Banana

If I put a post in banana, it also shows up in sub cat fruit and main cat Food, when I just want the post to be in banana.

Does this make sense?
