Well, I am having a devil of time with this and I am pretty tech savvy. I bought the premium package and saved the file on my deskstop…doesn’t have the same name “add-on….” but “go-premium.zip”. When I log into my account it shows me, but when I click on Dashboard, I get a page that just shows the most recent forum posts from Optimizing GeneratePress and some statistics. Nothing that remotely looks like what is shown in the help pages. Also in the forums, there is no way for me to create a new topic other than to reply to an existing post, So here I am. And there does not seem to be any direct help email or phone number to get support. That’s a disappointment for sure. Hope someone will get back to me. I’m trying to finish up my Build Your Website in 4 days class.
