You’d simply have to remove the other menu items from the menu, and leave only the mobile icons.
To add the “Menu” word to it, you’d have to follow the directions in the topic I linked to.
You can create a separate menu specifically for the slideout, and make it so your primary menu only has the mobile toggle in it.
