Hi Tia,
I’m afraid I don’t have a good enough understanding of how BB goes about their columns to give you a good answer without digging quite deep into their code.
However, I know they have pretty awesome support as well, and it should be a pretty easy question for them as they’re familiar with how they built their columns.
