Hi there,
When the sidebar drops down, it means you have an HTML error somewhere on the page.
This means you have an opening HTML element: <div>, <p> etc.. without a closing element: </div>, </p>.
To increase the height of the header, you can use our Element Spacing add-on. Go to “Customize > Element Spacing” and increase the top and bottom values for the header area.
