Hmm, I just replicated your layout on my localhost in Safari without any issue.

So I’m assuming it’s either:

a) One of your ads
b) One of your plugins

If it happened with WordPress 4.5 and you haven’t added any new ads recently, I would lean more towards one of your plugins.
