    Hi,
first of all thanks for really great theme!

I am building site with static page set as front page (instead of blog) but it seems that all customizations doesn’t work on that page – like changing sidebar layout, adding page header etc. It is always reset to default state. Everything works on all other pages. Could you please help?

    Hi Ladislav,

There shouldn’t be any difference whether the page is static or a blog – I do all the testing/development with a static homepage.

You may be running into a plugin conflict.

Can you email me your username and password to support@generatepress.com?

    Thanks,
    Tom

Just took a look – I was able to change the sidebars etc.. while staying on the static homepage.

What browser are you using? Are you getting any specific errors?

    Let me know,
    Tom

Safari and Chrome… same result. No error messages just settings are not saved on front page. See video comparing functionality on static front page (doesn’t work) and one other page (works) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/31635796/generatepress_issue.m4v

Hmmmm, probably something was wrong with that particular page. When I created completely new page and set that page as front everything works now… strange but issue solved. Thanks and sorry 🙂

Glad you fixed it – curious what it could have been though?
